We process account names, email addresses, protected password hashes, Brand information, Claims, payment metadata and receipts to operate accounts, verify transactions and resolve disputes. Billplz processes payment transactions.
Public promotional records
Public Brand names, taglines, logos and website links appear on Position pages and sharing material. Reign snapshots and ownership history may remain public after takeover or profile edits. Private account email, Claim identifiers and payment references are not intended for public publication.
Sessions and security
Essential session cookies support login and form security. Technical request and application logs support security, reconciliation and incident diagnosis. Operational access should be restricted to authorized people.
Retention and requests
Transaction, receipt and historical records may require retention for disputes and applicable obligations. Contact Lokal Owner Support about access, correction or deletion. Account deletion does not automatically erase records legitimately retained. Specific retention periods require confirmation before public launch.
External sites and tracking
Brand links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Additional analytics or advertising tracking must be assessed and disclosed before activation.
