Platform scope
Lokal Owner provides digital promotional positions associated with curated Malaysian Cities and Places. These positions are platform-specific and confer no physical, legal or governmental ownership.
Accounts, Brands and Claims
Accounts, Brands and Claims are active. Use accurate information and manage only Brands you are authorized to represent. Review the Position, server-confirmed price and terms before submitting a Claim.
Reservations and payment
A Claim hold is normally ten minutes, as shown in checkout. A reservation alone does not activate a Reign. Billplz processes payment; activation depends on verified payment and Claim eligibility. If payment is uncertain, do not pay again blindly. See the Refund Policy and contact Lokal Owner Support.
Public promotional history
A later eligible Claim may take the next position. Completed Reigns remain in platform history; a takeover does not erase that history or by itself reverse the previous payment. Brand presentation must respect third-party rights and must not imply physical ownership or government endorsement.
Responsible participation
We may moderate or suspend content that conflicts with platform standards. Use Lokal Owner Support for account, Claim, payment or ownership problems. Never send passwords or banking credentials.
Service changes
Material transactional terms must be made clear before acceptance. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
